Boys Fly Fishing & Faith Adventure, Montrose, Colroado

Well this past Saturday I helped out at the Boys Fly Fishing and Faith Adventure again. The boys learned how to tie a Renegade dry fly and also learned how to cast a fly rod. They watched a DVD on fly casting and them went outside to cast on the grass. It is a neat group of boys that are learing how to fly fish. They will get to go fishing in May to try out all the fun stuff they have learned over the past two months.

It was a busy weekend. I went to a friends birthday party on Friady night and then had a soccer game Saturday morning before going to the Boys Fly Fishing and Faith Adventure. I can not believe that I will be leaving for Japan in just TWO weeks!

Here are a few pictures from the Boys Fly Fishing and Faith Adventure.

Here are some of the boys tying their flies.

These are the San Juan Mountians near my home in Montrose, Colorado.

I often go fishing with Kei, however I've never fished such a lunker!!
